Our Payment Policy

Please take the time to read our prices for classes and other services, as well as our payment policy given below. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.

Our Prices

Dance classes:
  • 1/2 hour classes (Tiny Tots) = $40.00 per month
  • 45 minute classes = $55.00 per month
  • 1/2 hr. Private (Solo) Lesson = $120.00 per month
  • 1/2 hr. Duo / Trio Lesson = $90.00 per month per student
  Gymnastics:
  • 45min. class = $55.00 per month
All fees above are flat fees - we do not pro - rate for any missed classes, solos, duo, trios due to weather -  Students are able to make up a lesson in another classs or genre' thoughout the week or up until then end of the dance season.
Students are NOT ALLOWED to do Make - Ups due to the studio being closed for Holiday Breaks. PLEASE NOTE:  We follow the Huron Valley School Dristrict for Holiday Break and Spring Break. WE DO NOT CLOSE FOR WINTER BREAKS. 

Payment policy:
 
TUITION – is paid monthly. Five days after the due date a $20.00 late fee will apply. This applies to all and any additional fees that are not paid by their due date.  If a payment is not received within 10 days of the due date and additional $10.00 late fee will apply. With our Software program, Studio Pro, you can pay online after you set up your personal PARENT PORTAL , or you also have the option to have Auto – Pay online as well.  Your monthly tuition will be taken out automatically by the 5th. Of every month, if you choose to sign up for AUTO PAY. This also applies to any fees such as Competition, additional rehearsals or recital fees. Auto Pay will apply your payment, to avoid any late fees. Once you pay for a month of classes you are financially committed to that month of classes. If you drop a class or classes - no refund will be awarded. 

DISCOUNTS - We  offer a  family or mulit class discount of 5% that will automatically be subtracted to your monthly tuition. This discount is for Recreational Students, only. Discounts will not be given applicable for any other fee. Only one discount will apply.

In addition you will be responsible for  paying a RECITAL FEE of $95.00 – which includes two Recital tickets, one Recital Program Booklet and a photography fee. This RECITAL FEE will be due by February 1st.  

COSTUME DEPOSIT – A costume deposit of $25.00 per per class/routine for recreational students will be required at the time of registration. This Costume Deposit is NON - REFUNDABLE.  The costume fee will go towards the cost of your students costume for pictures and recital. The balance of all Recreational Costume fees will be due before the Holiday break in December. Due date will be on the yearly calendar every year. 

BAD WEATHER (Snow Days) – If bad weather is in the area, WE DO NOT CLOSE IF SCHOOLS ARE CLOSED. If we need to close the studio or cancel any classes due to weather, we will post nofification on social media: Facebook and Instagram, you will also receive a ROBO CALL from # 1-844-871-6042 to notify you of any cancellations. 

RECREATIONAL SOLOS / DUO'S/ TRIOS  – If you are unable to attend  your Solo, Duo or Trio, please call the studio 248 - 685-0930 or email us  KLKMDA@aol.com  - this will allow my staff team to notify the teacher that you will be absent. Unfortunately, a Make - Up lesson will not be scheduled for any missed solo, Duo, Trios, however you can always do a Make - Up in another class or Genre' -  If for any reason we need to cancel your students solo, duo or trio - we will notify you and a credit will be given.
